Video: Pumping a figure eight

Here’s how to rock the figure eight drill without pedaling. There are a few sweet moments — and plenty of sloppy ones. Behold:

We filmed this after a clinic the other day (Phillip: thanks for the filmage). I happened to be on the 20, which is finicky but effective.

The grade is slightly uphill going away from the camera.

0:40 to 0:42 is pretty cool.
