Training for Sea Otter (sort of)

I just spent three hours digging around for the lid to my septic tank. You know I’m only doing that because sewage is backing up into my house. This training session targeted anxiety, core stability and strength endurance. Perfect prep for building the Sea Otter pro pump track (and hopefully racing too). Rock.
