I haven’t ridden outside in two weeks. And I’ve been working like a pig. And things here are busy. But I’ve been rocking the indoor intervals and strength work, and I feel solid. And the BMX book is in its final phase. And The Twins are doing great. So it’s all good. But I’m antsy.

The indoor series in Greeley, CO is a go. Registration starts at 11 a.m. tomorrow. There will be a mountain bike class. I really want to race BMX, but I’m pinned working on a book about how to race BMX. Crazy paradox there. Check out www.cibmx.org
Hey Lee, you mentioned that you have a “cheapo Performance trainer with power meter”. What brand/model is this? The cheapest trainer with a power meter I can find is in the $1750 price range, which I wouldn’t really consider cheapo! thanks…Rob
