It’s been my pleasure to help 7-time XTERRA world champion the “Caveman” Conrad Stoltz get even faster and smoother on his bike. Oh yeah, and he’s having more fun too.

This video was made by friend, student, Ironman-turned-XTERRA triathlete and Hollywood producer Mikkel Bondesen.

Mikkel was executive producer for the show Burn Notice. Small world: Our girl Fiona is named after the badass spy on that show.
