Skills camps with Zach Griffith

My boy Zach is planning skills camps in Southridge Park in Fontana, Bootleg Canyon near Las Vegas and South Mountain in Phoenix. I taught Zach what he knows about teaching bike skills, but I have no involvement with these clinics, other than posting them here. Gotta spread the love!

Dates
Dec. 15-16 : Southridge Park, Fontana, Calif.

Jan. 19-20 : Bootleg Canyon, Boulder City, Nev.

Feb. 23-24 : South Mountain, Phoenix, Ariz.

Format
10a-12p drills
Lunch break
1p Ride trail until it gets dark or you get tired out

Day 1 : Drills then trail. Position, braking, basic cornering. You’ll practice on a relatively smooth trail.

Day 2 : Review Day 1 then work on whatever the group needs, i.e. terrain absorption, manual/hop, drop, etc. Depending on the terrain and the group, you’ll ride a bumpier/more technical trail.
